THE FOUNDER
Ali Darwish is the visionary founder of AHS Catering and Events. The only boy among his sisters, he grew up wrapped in the warmth of a family devoted to the culinary arts, and the heartfelt dishes prepared by his grandmother sparked his passion for cooking at an early age. After noticing a lack of genuine soul in the catering world, Ali set out to redefine the experience. He trained as a sous-chef in Italy with some of the country’s finest chefs, then traveled across Europe, absorbing diverse flavors and techniques that now shape AHS menus. Inspired by the vibrant streets of Hamra in Beirut, Ali launched AHS Catering and Events, beginning a culinary revolution that pairs authenticity with innovation.
Today his dedication to craftsmanship drives the company’s “all under one roof” philosophy, ensuring every event is seamless, unforgettable, and infused with the same love and passion found in his very first bites of home-cooked food.

She began her career as an event planner, orchestrating weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations where no detail could be overlooked. That background gave her a rare advantage: the ability to see events through the eyes of both the host and the guest. She knows that food isn’t just a menu item—it’s the heartbeat of the occasion, setting the tone and creating memories long after the event ends.
At AHS, Kristina brings this event-planning expertise into every decision.
