Kristina has been instrumental in our company expansion, and in the pursuit of perfection. In her role as a wedding planner, Kristina recognized that a key ingredient was missing: an unforgettable catering experience that would leave a lasting impression on guests.
Typically, dining options were limited to traditional buffet style to please the majority of guests, often resulting in bland food with no room for individual taste preferences. Moreover, the logistics of arranging large buffet tables require guests to stand in a queue, taking away from the joy of being in the moment. Eager to find a solution, Kristina turned to her partner in life and business, Ali, a wildly imaginative chef with a knack for innovation.
